We’re looking for a Project Manager to be the driving force for a range of key projects across our Property Services team. You’ll be ensuring successful project delivery which will provide a safe environment for our colleagues and customers, it will ensure our legal requirements are met and the interests of the business are protected.

 

You’ll be project managing items in the health and safety action plan from end to end and will be the key point of contact for colleagues. You will ensure that key projects are driven forward, with effective controls, thoughtful planning and diligent tracking.

 

You will work closely with the health and safety team, calling on their expertise and will support them by providing administrative support for the delivery of the internal health and safety course programme.

 

You’ll be called on to monitor and report on progress with the health and safety action plan at relevant internal steering groups.

About you

 

You’ll come to the role with proven experience in project management and coordination, taking a risk based approach.  Your experience will include housing related projects.

 

You’ll have a natural communication style, able to engage with internal stakeholders and the ability to produce engaging communication materials.

 

You will have experience in creating and maintaining processes and controls and will be able to apply this experience to ensure Aster Group meets its health and safety statutory obligations.

 

Your IT skills will be strong, as will your general administrative skills.  You’ll have a logical approach to work, will effectively manage workloads to timescales and deadlines and will be experienced in keeping stakeholders up to date.

 

As an experienced Project Manager, your execution will be focussed and risk aware, you will strive to problem solve, articulating clear and workable solutions.

 

This role is a hybrid role enabling you to work from home if you wish.  Travel will be required to support project delivery.  You will be based within our operating region or close by and will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

 

Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
