Are you a data enthusiast who wants to make a real difference? Join Aster Group's Data, Analytics & Performance team and use your skills to improve lives through better housing.

You'll work across our business to provide data analysis, create impactful dashboards and reports, and deliver valuable insights that drive performance improvements and support with the effective delivery of our services.

You will be a natural collaborator and communicator and like to get to the heart of issues and provide solutions. A key focus will be making sure that any information reported is suitably validated and provides assurance for those relying on it.

Experience with large, complex datasets and the Microsoft data and reporting environment is essential, as is the ability to work with our wider data teams to proactively seek out ways to strengthen our reporting and connections to our strategy and our strategic outcomes.

Experience in the housing sector, or a similarly regulated environment, is a plus. If you're passionate about data, thrive on problem-solving, and want to contribute to supporting our data-driven culture, this is the perfect opportunity!

This is largely a home-based role, although there may be times that you need to travel into our operating region to work with others, so you’ll be happy to do so.

Our operating region covers Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
